Founded in 2014 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, TextNation Digital Solutions Private Limited began with a clear mission: make enterprise-grade messaging accessible, affordable, and reliable for Indian businesses of every size. What started as a focused bulk SMS provider quickly earned a reputation for uptime, delivery speed, and hands-on customer support — qualities that remain central to everything we do today.

Over the next decade, the platform evolved steadily in response to how India communicates. We added WhatsApp Business API integration as messaging platforms matured, built a Voice IVR and broadcasting stack as outbound calling became critical for collections and reminders, and launched RCS messaging and Email channels as enterprises sought richer, branded interactions. DPDPA 2023 Alignment

We adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, India's landmark data protection legislation. Customer data handled through our platform is stored securely, accessed only for service delivery, and processed in accordance with the consent framework required under DPDPA.
