Integration questions

Which platforms does TextNation integrate with?

Customers send through TextNation from WebEngage (SMS, WhatsApp and RCS), MoEngage and LeadSquared, and from their own systems through our HTTP API. Any platform that can call an HTTP API or receive a webhook can work with TextNation.

How do delivery reports get back to my platform?

By webhook. For WebEngage we send reports in WebEngage’s own format — you only add your WebEngage token. For other platforms you set the URL, headers and authentication, and we push each delivery status to it.

My platform isn’t listed. Can I still connect it?

Most likely, yes. If your CRM, CDP or in-house system can make an HTTP request, it can send messages through TextNation. Talk to us and we’ll help you set it up.

Do messages sent through an integration follow DLT and opt-out rules?

Yes. Messages sent through any integration go through the same checks as messages sent from the TextNation panel, including DLT headers and templates and your opt-out lists.
